📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS – AIMAB LUXE By purchasing from or booking with AIMAB LUXE, you agree to the following terms: 1. Products & Orders All wigs are custom-made or prepared with care. Please ensure you select the correct specifications (size, color, length, styling) before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. 2. Payment Full payment (or a non-refundable deposit, if applicable) is required to secure your order or booking. Orders will not begin until payment is received. 3. Processing Time Processing times vary depending on the wig style and customization. Estimated timeframes will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods. 4. Shipping & Delivery We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the delivery provider. Tracking details will be provided where available. 5. Wig Care Proper maintenance is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care, styling, or handling after delivery. 💄 BOOKING POLICY (Installations, Styling, etc.) 1. Deposits A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance. 2. Late Policy Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed. After this, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit. 🚫 NO REFUND POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products and services: - No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted. - This includes custom wigs, ready-to-wear wigs, and services. - If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
